What is the differance in a first order,second order,third order crossover?

I have mission 762i monitors.
ans am wondering what they are?

That looks like a 2nd order X-Over.

Difference is they all have different roll off characteristics.ie: 1st order 6dB, 2nd Order 12dB, 3rd order 18dB & so on in multiples of 6dB
