I wonder if anyone compared it to Beresford Bushmaksters? either mk1 or mk2?

Yeah I've heard both, back to back and the Shanling is streets ahead of the Bushmaster. In fact it's Country's ahead in every aspect of music play back. I heard them at Alan's, (Madmoon's) and I'm not being biased as I am friends with the owner of the the Bushmaster as well. The Shanling is a $1000 dac and it shows, it really is rather nice and responds well to a good quality power lead. The headphone amp is more than just an add on as well, it sounds very good.

You're barking up the wrong tree Alex...in fact you're not even in the same forest....There is no comparison...This dac retailed at $999.00...I bought it for a very reasonable price...and had my use out of it...just passing on the joy....It's a give away at the price I'm asking..



I wonder if anyone compared it to Beresford Bushmaksters? either mk1 or mk2?
