Very interesting Acrylic 3mm turntable platter mat.
Not even tried properly as I decided not to bother messing with mats, as I'm very happy with the presentaion from my set up.

There are several Acrylic platter mat’s being offered by different manufacturers at present and they are all very good.
The Elusive Audio AcrySS mat however has a distinct advantage, as well as being made from the highest quality Acrylic available in an Ivory Finish the AcrySS mat has a Stainless Steel insert that adds weight to the centre as well as increasing stability as it fits perfectly round the spindle decreasing any chance of movement.
The insert is precision laser cut from rigid 0.9mm brushed Stainless Steel and then drilled at 7.2mm so it fits perfectly round all spindles under 7.2mm.
If you have a spindle that has a larger diameter than 7.2mm please email us and we will be happy to drill the spindle hole to the exact size that you require.
You will see a huge improvement in using either the 3mm of 5mm AcrySS mat so don’t think because you cant use the 5mm version the 3mm still will not make a huge difference.
Please note that some Turntables have a lip on the platter that will not accommodate the 298mm diameter AcrySS mat'.
