WTD: 6SL7, 6SN7 and 12AX7 valves

Want some valves to roll on my new Croft pre. I've already got some RCA, Shuguang black treasure and GEC 6SN7s but just wondering if anyone's got something else to try?

Also up for rolling some 12AX7s in my Gate Audio pre before I finally decide to move it on. Currently got RCA, EI, Tesla, Groove tubes and Sovteks. Wouldn't mind trying some JAN Philips.

Low hours or NOS please. Not silly money stuff either, can't justify that with the amount of time I get to listen. Maybe something Russian military/EV spec?

For the record, my only 6SL7s are JAN Phillips 5691, I think they are quite well regarded. Going to try the RCAs tonight, it came with the GECs fitted.

I've had all manner of 6sl7's including very expensive RCA's - the shuguan black treasure beat all of them easily. A wonderful valve. The RCA black base are underated in my opinion, they are excellent.

I'm not selling all of them but I have a few spares and some excess which will get you started, I'll probably just re-invest buying more 6sl7GT's if you buy any!!!!!

I was thinking about Russian if they do some premium/high spec versions. Will investigate thanks. Do TAD make their own or are they rebadged Chinese/Russian?

Yes just missed yours, was a bit disappointed. My RCAs are black base but I think there are a few versions. Anyway got a nice deal on them.
