Sure, I will some pics of my current system soon' however instead of an upgrade I will have to downsize those lovely speakers instead as I will be moving to a much smaller place. :(

Oh no!
Maybe a smaller pair of Reference speakers?

As long as you don't mind too much how they look, big speakers can sometimes work surprisingly well in a smaller room.
Worth a try maybe.

I am considering jumping back to Proac 1sc or some other bookshelves....

Well, Maybe I will try but to take your advice of fitting the current ref 3 into my new place however my other half may likely ask me to sleep with my speaker going forward ... lol
