Here are my two systems: 2 channel HT system for movies/TV/FM and an analogue TT based tube system in another room for music appreciation. Maybe it is better to have one good system.

Movies/TV: Cambridge Audio CA640v2 amp, Denon TU280 tuner, Denon DV1930ci player, Polk Audio RTA11t speakers, Linn speaker wire, Kimber PBJ interconnects, Monster Power HTS1000 power strip

Music: Audio Electronics SuperAmp2 tube power amp, PS Audio GCH phono preamp, Technics SLD2 turntable, Ortofon SuperOM10 cart, DIY speakers utilizing Seas Excel drivers in MTM configuration, Kimber 4TC speaker cables, Dynamic Design interconnect, Quantum Resonant Tech Q-bar power strip w/ Dynamic Design power cord
