Sub woofer wiring question

Just picked up a REL Quake
REL speak about differential amps – does this mean
Mono blocks?
No friggin idea how to wire it up.
My i/c’s are fibre optics which break the ground between boxes
So wiring the earth to the pre is no use.
To make matters worse, the Pax reverse polarity /phase.
Have mailed REL but no reply.
Don’t want to blow up the Pax as Eduardo’s customer service
Resembles rocking horse s—t!

When the manual speaks about wiring to the chassis ground,
How do I check this? Show my sparks an American plug
& he’d be as well sticking his ‘earth meter?’ up his a---e

I use a REL Strata, purchased used and had no supplied cable. Although I have tried taking the feed from the preamp, I Googled the wiring for the connector plug to run the three cables from the speaker output terminals as recommended by REL and confirmed that this definately gives far better integration with the main speakers.

The Speakon connector itself is terminated like this:

1+ corresponds to your left speaker output.
2+ corresponds to your right speaker output.
1- corresponds to the common ground so should be connected to one of the black speaker outputs.

The fourth connection in the plug is not needed.

Will need to make up a cable but still not sure about only connecting the ground
to just one of the monoblocks as it's 'assuming' they have a common ground
and with my luck, don't like to assume anything:_)
