Hi all
I haven't posted here in a long while (a search shows 2014) - I've been focusing more on music production than consumption - and I need to release some funds for some more equipment, so I've been going through my cupboards. I'll be posting a few items over the next few days...
To start with, here are some very nice little Questar MM phono preamps from Heed and their respective Q-PSUs, which can be added as an upgrade. These come from an ill-advised audiophile DJ experiment, so there are two of each. The Questars have their own power supplies with a Euro plug (I live in Portugal), while the Q-PSUs can be used with various other Heed products. The Q-PSUs come with the umbilical lead to connect to the Questar (or other Heed device) but they don't come with a power lead - you will have to supply your own.
There's lots of info online about how good these are for the price. The Questars are entirely discrete, I think, and have a dynamic yet warm sound. They sound great with AT440MLa's, for example.
These all cost £300 new, I think, and I am looking for £150 for each unit. Because I want to get rid of these pronto I'm going to throw in shipping to anywhere in the EU. All boxed and in excellent condition.
