This seemsd to be one of the biggest topics on most forums, seems to be a nightmare, a lot are blaming tube for it!.
**NO SOUND COMING THROUGH ON YOU TUBE VIDEO's**
I've tried alsorts but no chance, i have sound outputting from the sound card using say media player.I thought it originally a problem with Adobe flash player, so i removed Version 10 to install version 9 but still nothing!
I tried the Ccleaner trick but nothing!
I've been without this sound for over a week now, the easiest thing is to drop this PC from a multi story car park but i guess it might be best sort it for future reference..
Anyone had this same problem?
Have you tried with a different browser ? Does it happen in both IE and FF ?

I've not been able to get sound on You Tube three times now. It's always come back next time I've booted up.
It's probably just trying to tell you something Andre!

Just tried it now, and no probs with hearing sound on YouTube, so it must be the air in Yarkshire, or yer not winding up the generator enough! :eyebrows:
Marco.
Try rolling back to a Restore Point a couple of weeks ago when it was working, which if it then works, systematically add back any upgrades or software installs you had done since that point testing as you go to identify the culprit - assuming you are an XP/Vista/W7 user - no idea if Macs/Linux etc have the same facility. Mind you, you're probably using a pre '73 Babbage Difference Engine anyway! ;)

You need to update your soundcard's drivers. Your registry is damaged. ;)

Well i have already re-intalled the latest Realtek drivers the other day still nothing
This is *very* annoying Andre... I don't dare to propose, but the next step is reinstalling the OS... :(
