Looking for mint or near mint Akai 'CR80D' or even 'CR81D' 8 Track machine...

Unfortunately if I had one you'd have to kill em for it. As it is I've only got a Realistic stereo machine...

ops sorry nick too trigger happy..No the the Quad was the 'SS' version I know somebody with one but he wont sell it, his explination was he couldnt be bothered :scratch:

Just the standard 2 channel ones nick . i have one but the facia is damaged & heads are getting worn..Here the 80 is the one with the silver top section of the facia. Don't know if you know but they were available with a tuner built in at one point

Did you fixed up with an 8 track machine?if not I have a Akai 8
track deck CR-81D I am not using it`s a minter ,if you are still interested get

Hi Ron thanks for that but i have a minto 'CR-81D' now (Pictured below)..I already had a 'CR-80D' to start with but was in bad shape.I am still on the look out for a 'CR-81T' tho.
