back for sale after scam on eBay , the guy lived in china and was using a forwarding courier service in england so if he said he never received it paypal would of just give him his money back and i would of lost the item , it will only be sent to a UK residential address , and not a forwarding company ,

Hi Peter - I had this situation recently but if you deliver to the confirmed address with Paypal (even if it's a forwarding address) it's my understanding that your responsibility ends here so as long as you have proof of delivery ...

Hi paypal are a law unto them selves, as far as i know it must be delivered directly to the person and not a postal address, or curier service, if got lost paypal would just wipe their hands and give the money back , it is a sneaky way of getting past that you dont post out side of the uk , what i dont understand is how he can regester the address as his both on eBay and Paypal ,

Just jumping in, I also have the Shop & Ship courier forwarding address, and I bought stuff in here and over at PFM, (I live outside UK) so once the parcel hits the UK forwarding address your responsibility ends there, and PayPal should not hold you accountable for anything. at-least that's what is my understanding since I never had any issues.
