My name is James and my system is Garrard 401, SME 3009 series 2 improved arm Denon 102. Quad II and 22.This is a great forum with an amazing amount of useful info.

Denon 102 - is that a typo or are you strictly into 'mono'? What speakers do you use?

Hi Barry, yes, mono records mostly.
Have a lot of US 45's from the 50's and 60's.
Although the Denon 102 is a bit heavy for the SME arm I got a custom weight and it works really well. Also have a shure stereo cartridge and shure M78. Looking to invest in some more cartridges soon.
Speakers are Tannoy HPD385 in Lancaster cabs, re-coned recently, and sounding amazing.
Just bought a croft super micro 3 and have sent it off to Glenn Croft for a service and possible upgrade.
