Compact favourites, using the same linaeum ribbon tweeter as much more expensive versions. Ken Kessler loved them a decade ago.
These have had the bass cones fitted with new surrounds and sound great for a small system.
I drove them with an 8W Tripath amp in my study as a secondary system and they sound extremely airy and three dimensional.
I've another pair which I upgraded with better caps and inductors - gives a bit more bass weight and power handling.
A few very minor scuffs (inevitable for nextel coated gear) but in great order.
