Does anyone know anything about this..?

If this is indeed an EL84 amplifier it must be single ended so how can it put out 50 Watts..?

I was only just moochin the internet and found it. Curious that's all.

Well it says hybrid. But what kind of hybrid is not indicated, could mean anything. Maybe they're just referring to the solid state rectifier, 'cos it ain't got a valve one. I'd avoid it myself.

If it relies on two EL84's for output I'd guess power at around 5 or 6 watts.

Yep, a single-ended EL84 putting out 50 watts sounds as likely as a glass tube containing mystery powder making your interconnects sound better. Treat with caution.

Oh, come on, you can't say that. It might be a 'magic' valve.

That amp looks kind of familiar.
Something amazingly similar was on Amazon - and iirc one user comment by an engineer who had opened one up said the valves weren't even connected up.
I'm not saying anything about the one linked to, of course. :nono:

its same as the one i had many moons ago. the valves are really just for show. its a transistor amp... sounds quite decent for a cheap amp. they have been making them under several names for years

I think the Chinese maker used a poor online translator - got confused between imitation and intimidation for the name of the amp. :eyebrows:
