I noticed theres been quite a lot of discussions about these Bybee purifiers , a lot of places are now offering these as part of the upgrade packages especially to Squeezebox's , because I've been modding my own Duet I was a little curious to try them myself.
The Bybee, WBT NextGen CU RCA socket and Kimber wire are available from Audiocom http://www.audiocom-uk.com/

First thing was to remove the stock RCA, I simply cut the three tags marked in the pic and then gently bent the RCA backwards and forwards until the front tag which is hard to get at snapped, I then heated up the pads and removed each of the tags along with the solder

The Bybee was fitted as below , the ground wire used was a piece of Kimber, the socket tried was the WBT NextGen CU, of course you can use a 75R BNC too
Info for WBT NextGen CU http://www.wbtusa.com/pdf/0210cu.pdf

So could I hear any difference with the Bybee and WBT? Well in all honesty yes, infact I was surprised because it was quite noticeable. Mark Bartlett advised that it required 150-200 hours run in , this proved to be no exaggeration ! Mine varied from bright and thin to sugary high's over the first few days after installing , just over a week it finally started to settle down ( I only listened over very short periods the times I tried it during running in) I now felt I could sit down and have a proper listen . First impressions was some subtle background details are now slightly clearer on some tracks I know well, certain dynamic pieces seem louder than before and music has more flow to it , the main difference is in the high's, its more clear with less glare.

What I find interesting is that although I have a better external PSU fitted and a few internal mods including a separate reg supplying the inverter IC in the SPDIF out I could still hear a difference with the Bybee fitted, I'd imagine the difference would be even more noticeable without this upgraded reg?
I must admit I wasn't too confident these Bybee's would make much difference but I've learned to keep an open mind with all things in this hobby, I'm now pleased I've finally given these things a try.
Big thanks to Mark for recommending to try them in the Duets S/PDIF, theres more things to try yet, updates will be added soon as ;)
