A&r a60 - help!

I've just bought an A&R A60 from a gentleman at £65.
The amp seems in excellent condition but, connected to the speakers, the right channel doesn't work.
I've tried all the inputs: disc, CD and tuner.
I've tried both the unswitched and switched outputs with the same results.
Even on the headphones the right channel isn't working.
Inside the amp, everything seems fine (see attached picture).
Any suggestions?
Could it be a silly thing or it's better to return the amp to the previous owner?

Have you checked the two fuses in the back right hand corner? They sometimes blow just because they’re a bit tired, but if one has blown and when replaced blows again, then most likely the output transistors are short circuit. They aren’t expensive and if you know someone who knows about these things it’s a pretty straightforward job. It’s a nice amp, but there’s loads of them around so you might be better off returning it and looking for one that works.

It was a bloody faulty fuse.
Now it’s perfectly working.

It's probably worth checking over and servicing. or getting somebody to do that if you're not sure.

Don”t you think it needs a service/recap?

Mine’s still fine on its original 1983 caps. Just check the big PSU caps for any sign of leakage or bulging.

Buy a shit load of fuses. Every time i moved mine for any reason it fused the flippin thing.
