Not a global crash. This is a Trump reaction I think. His protectionist attitude, threats to pull out of NAFTA, and rejection of Pacific Rim is making some of the major companies and their stock holders nervous.

Stock markets across the globe have had a re-adjustment, not just the US. It happens from time to time and means nothing except that the money men make more profit.
