Anyone know how this can be done? I just had my board rewired and things sound different....

It is a domestic dwelling so Phase is not an issue

Just measure the voltage between the Neutral and Ground should be 0 or near enough on one of the socket/plugs If you are competent enough (240 V there)

If not I would get the thing inspected properly

Did you get a certificate at the end of the job or was it done cheaply?

New Boards can be quite cheap at times and the CE mark may only mean Chinese Export but if you can ear the difference they issue may be major

BTW I am a sort off electrician in the UK and not sure about the regs. in Spain but if you like I can pop over and have a look
May be expensive :D

If anything like France I would check as said neutral to earth 0 volts. I ran a supply to a barn in France and fitted a circuit breaker in the consumer unit. On checking the circuit I found live and neutral reversed at the incoming mains. Red was neutral and black was live, so circuit breakers were on the neutral side, when disconnected circuits were still live.
