Surely there should be an Angel on the spindle doing a pirouette?

I never did make the Perspex speaker I designed whilst at Art school in 67/8! Always loved the stuff, but it was pricy (for an impoverished student!)
This looks great.

Nice, Andy, but are the lights mains or battery operated? If it's the former, then think about the noise all that switching will be chucking into the mains! ;)

Marco.

Thanks Marco - battery powered (of course) so no issues with induced hum etc.
Plan to make it into a lamp so I don't need the main light on when changing records etc
