STD 305S Turntable

Does anybody know what type of bearing oil should be used in an STD 305S?
Putting it mildly it's been a few years since I last changed It! :eek:

There's a couple on eBay, one with moly-slip in it, any good?

I just use 10w40 on mine as I have plenty of it lying around for my bikes. Any oil will do really, it's not like it's under heavy load.
