Fs. Toshiba sr-370 direct drive turntable

Decided to sell my Toshiba turntable after getting the upgrade bug, thanks Peter.
I purchased this from Oliver aka Bigman80 at the end of September last year and it has done me proud, excellent turntable for the money.

Looking to get back the £150 I paid for it and that includes a spare platter and box of bits etc. Includes a lid which has no cracks but it could do with a polish.

Collection only on this please.

The AT 1005 arm is not included in the sale but I am open to offers on it.

Just in case the buyer needs to tart up the dust cover, automotive T cut followed by Turtle Wax will bring it back.

The slight grinding sensation caused by the T cutting can be unnerving but its just the job for cosmetic damage.

There is a mission 774 on eBay at the minute for £300ish. Perfect partnership and a Killer TT

yeah or a sme 3009 will fit i thinkI did have an SME 3009 on mine at the time and it fitted perfectly. Personally, I felt the Mission was the much better arm. As I'm sure a couple will agree.

Actually I think that the Audiojumble may be the best option with this and it will give me time to polish up the lid, probably get a better price for it too.

I did have an SME 3009 on mine at the time and it fitted perfectly. Personally, I felt the Mission was the much better arm. As I'm sure a couple will agree.

yeah the 3009 needs the right cart and extra care in set up. its not quite perfect for a lot of carts, and downright bad with some. needs a little sideways thinking to get best out of:D

Decided to give the Toshiba another week here, so now back up for sale. I will also deliver in person within a 75 mile radius of Devizes for the cost of diesel.

The AT arm is available for £150 posted and the price includes a second arm that is only missing the weights and headshell. I will post a separate thread for this later.
