Hi All,

As per the subject line I am looking for a MM cart for my son in law for around £100. It will be mounted on an older stock RP3 going into a Denon integrtated with a built in stage.

What do you have?!

Cheers,
Steve

Not mine just thought it might suit, they are pretty good.Funnily enough I came onto the thread to suggest a secondhand 2M Blue, not checked that PFM one but they're pretty decent.

The 2M Blue is a good cart for the price, and that on PFM looks like a good deal.

I've owned a couple of 2M Blues and IME, the Acutex is better.

A Nagoaka MP100 would be a very nice fit with the Rega P3 and Denon integrated. These are about £60-£70 new and are a better cartridge than the 2M red or blue in my opinion. A nice budget cartridge which has a full bodied sound. I would also consider a Sumiko Pearl which has very good reviews and would come within your budget.

Technics EPC-205 with a Jico stylus is also a great cartridge.
