Azimuth adjustment on a Sumiko/Stanton 681EEE

Morning chaps bare with me-just finished night work, l noticed yesterday that l have stronger right channel balance, the Techie is level, the platter is level, but the Sumiko headshell runs to the right when a tiny level is placed upon it,so l twisted the front of the Stanton stylus a little as there is a little give in it and the soundstage became more central if you like, but l do not want to twist it any more!Does any body have any tricks of the trade or tips to level the headshell/ cartridge so l can get an even more centre image, thanks:).By the way still blown away by the sound of theTechie/Stanton combi:cool:

Errr... undo the allen bolt on the Sumiko and twist, then retighten?

If I remember correctly the Sumiko has an azimuth adjustment.

Doh, l feel such an idiot:doh:- of course, will report back-what ia an Allen key? only joking, thanks again:o

If it were all headshells and not just the Sumiko the azimuth can be adjusted by two screws that hold the mounting collar onto the tonearm. You can get to these without removing the arm by removing the platter and using a short screw driver.
