Hi Jerry I am interested, but I actually wanted a shorter cable do you think the length gives quality loss?

I don't know.

I am using a (more expensive) 7m cable now and it sounds great.
Personally I wouldn't worry about it!

i use a 10m repeater and sound is good. 5m is usually classed as longest you should use and guarantee good sound without repeater but i have another 10m one that works just fine too.

edit, in fact im currently using the one without the repeater sending music from pc to main system and it sounds as good as youll get with shorter
