For sale: Quad 303 - Beautiful condition, Quad serviced November 2016

Welcome to my first AoS sale !

If you're looking for a Quad 303 you'll struggle to find a nicer example than this one. It's in beautiful overall condition with only the odd mark. The invoice to the service is shown below though please note that this is for the service of a pair of 303s of which this is one, I just wish to be clear on this. I'm selling this amp to contribute to the cost of an Amplabs one I've just bought. This is a sale of the 'head', if it where a heart decision I'd be keeping it !

It comes with a power lead and phono to din interconnect. The latter isn't that long and I used extenders (from Richer Sounds or presumably ebay).

It sounds sublime and any inspection and dem. (and tea and biscuits) is welcome, I'm 8 miles east of Nottingham. Otherwise fully insured postage will be £20, £8 more for next day. These costs are based on a DPD quote though I'd be happy to use a courier of your choice. If posted the amp will be double boxed and packed exceptionally well.

Given the condition combined with the service I'm asking £275 (firm). Please be assured that I will not profiting at this price, I would not do that here.

Thanks chaps, I've had a fair bit of older Quad gear over the years and have always gone for excellent cosmetics and either bought already Quad serviced or sent it to them myself when acquired. This obviously puts the price at a premium but there you go. I still think this approach represents excellent value in terms of Hi Fi, provenence and enjoyment of ownership for your spend. I'll not bump this ad. again and wardrobe the amp for now (in the knowledge that it will be the smartest item in there :)).
