Did I find the Welcome page?

Well, Thank you for your responses. I hit the supplied link and it took me to the or a Welcome heading. I pressed the Welcome tab and this is what I got. Am I in it? Presuming, 'Yes'. Hi to all from sunny (today at least) Gibraltar.
