The tweeter units have never been used and are as far as I know mint. They were bought by me from a company that specialised in hydrographic surveys and were, I assume, intended to be used as hydrophones. They are complete, each packed in a stout cardboard box, stamped: "4001 L TWEETER". The "L" has been added in biro. They were bought for a now-abandoned project.
As far as dimensions, weight, appearance (black) and impedance, they seem to be identical with the model 4001G as described in the above data sheet.
I have measured the DC resistance of the four units and the values are;
25.3, 21.7, 22.8 and 23.3 Ohms.
Coles bought the distribution rights to the STC tweeter design, which was simply an STC capsule microphone design used in reverse.
I am asking £15 each including P+P. This is half the price these items usually fetch on eBay and other internet trading sites.
