I dip into this site from time to time and tried yesterday and see that it has had a makeover. I can log in but it wanted me to update my email details which I did. It says it has sent a message to my email address so that I can be verified and make postings. However, no emails have been received despite trying multiple times. I cannot post to alert anyone to this and am basically locked out. Anyone else on here a member and if so do you have any ideas as to what I can do. I can't send any PM's to the administrators.

did u check your spam etc. either that or it has a different email.

I just had a peek.
It looks like it has only just come back up with loads of minor issues (inevitable) that are currently being sorted.
My advice is ....

On the PFM front page .....

"May I please request people check and update their email address if it is out if date. I ask as I’m getting countless bounce errors as the server fails to send notifications through etc. I’ll eventually figure out how to send these to a black hole somewhere, but it makes sense to address it at source as quite a few folk are obviously not getting the thread and conversations notifications they have set in their preferences."

Forum update was over a week ago, and its working perfectly for me.

Must say the the new software is a billion times better than what was being used before, I like it.

Just tried, entered old password and yup, seems to be fine from what I can see.
Yup, 17 zillion posts about the MDAC all there and accounted for. :thumbsup: Yay. :lol:

Thanks for that I will check. I think the problem may have been because they had an out of date email address and I up-dated as asked :)
