How good is the Croft RIAA RS compared to EAR RIAAs?

...not unless you modify it, or ask Glenn himself to take it to a higher spec (or max it out) ;)

That done, IMO, it will easily compete with the other phono stages you mention! :)

Well, I've now ordered the Croft RIAA RS (I know how the RIAA R sounds as I used to own one for a while).
My turntable is a NAS Spacedeck with a Music Maker mk3 cart.

Any RS users around here?
