Amazon returns

Brilliant, faulty LP arrived from Amazon today and want to exchange it for a new one, but.....

I can only exchange it for a different item :scratch: :scratch:

Ok I can get a refund and order again but surely the exchange is easier, weird how Amazon work sometimes, last week I bought an LP and even though it was a Prime order via Amazon UK, it came from France, mind you not bad for £12.99 posted ?

you should be able to et another if faulty. i have on occasion with a record.

I tried, it only offers a different item as exchange, the small print says same thing, strange, last time I was able to refund or replace, first time I've seen the term 'exchange'

Item could be out of stock? Also, I've noticed that depending on what ''reason'' you select for a return/exchange will dictate what options they offer.
