There'll be loads on GumTree in your area.
Also, try the website for CashConverters - they often take offers for stuff :)

I've got a Cambridge Topaz AM1, Pioneer A300 and Rotel RA930AX. If you know of a cheap carrier I can do one of those for £45.
The AM1 is sweet and transparent but doesn't have a phono stage or headphone socket, has poor volume balance at very low level and needs easy to drive speakers. The Pioneer and Rotel are old classics and lack transparency compared to the AM1, although they're more flexible with speaker choice.
Hi James,
I've got a Marantz PM 54 MkII, 60wpc with MM & MC phono stage!

Brand new.
£15 delivered.
Yes, I know it sounds crazy, I have one in my conservatory and it sounds great and works fine.
It's a decent little chip amp.
You'll need to get a 12V/5A PSU to go with it - another few£.

Similar to the above ideas: https://www.amazon.co.uk/SMSL-SA-36A-Audio-Stereo-Amplifier/dp/B017W13OR0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1507304498&sr=8-1&keywords=smsl
Can't fault them; have one in our man shed/powerlifting/strongman lock-up running B&W 602 S2 speakers and it plays MORE than loud enough!

I'd rather a TPA3116 based amp, fair bit more power if needed.
Cased ones start at about this price: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HIFI-2-0-Stereo-Digital-Audio-Power-Amplifier-TPA3116-50W-50W-12-24v-Car-Case-/332287293515
I'm running a TPA3116 amp in to BBC Rogers LS3/6 speakers, it works very well.

Probably too cheap to be any good, and power output is probably more like 5 Watts per channel:
