I'm selling this on behalf of my brother, he has owned it for around 6 years, I was the previous owner before that and I brought from a long standing Wammer - so the provenance is good.
The 25 is in excellent condition, as you can see from the pics, there are a few tiny knicks in the frame, but they really don't detract from the look. The lid is also in excellent condition - just the usual swirl marks from polishing.
When I owned the TT I made some serious and pretty expensive upgrades:
A Groovetracer Acrylic platter
A Groovetracer 'Deluxe' sub platter (includes a sapphire thrust plate and zirconia (ZrO2) ball)
A Michell Tecnoweight
(I'm 99% sure the Rega VTA thingy is on there as well, but assume it isn't.)
The deck has been regularly serviced (last one was last year) and has the original RB600 arm.
It really is a stunning turntable and the upgrades take it way above the performance of a standard P25
He doesn't have the box any longer, but he is willing to travel and deliver if at all possible. He lives in West Sussex but travels around a lot with his job - our Mum lives in the West Midlands, so we can get there as well. The nuclear option is buying a box and packaging from Rega and he is willing to do that if need be.
He is looking for £390, which I think is a huge bargain.
