Hi

Having built up a great streaming system (Sonos Connect into Chord Hugo into MFA Passive Copper MK 2 into ATC SCM50 ASLT) I am now looking to get back into vinyl and play some of the albums I have kept hold of from the 80s.

My daughter claimed my Rega 3 from circa 1986 so I have bought a Garrard 401 which has been serviced and re-plinthed by Loricraft. I am using an SME 3009 series 2 non-improved with a Shure M75EJ mk 2 that came with the Garrard but feel I could be doing better. Current phono amp is an Arkless.

Used to be a regular visitor to Hifi Wigwam but not enjoying it so much since the recent commercialisation and find myself on this site a lot more so would like to get more involved

Look forward to chatting to some of you over the next few months and years :)

Regards

Steve

Just down the road from the Tonbridge Audio Jumble then? It's on next week at The Angel Leisure Centre, Sunday. :)

Anyway. Welcome to AOS Steve.

I'm sure you'll enjoy being here.

Enjoy the forum,
Geoff.

haha indeed

It is actually Whitwood to be fair not central Castleford.

Re Audiojumble - I went earlier this year but can't make the forthcoming one unfortunately whihc is a shame as I got some great vinyl last time. And got to see some really crusty old amps :)
My 16 year old daughter was not so keen though.
