Only stick with the supplied oil or try alternative thicknesses?

I just ask as I've not added any yet and have several to choose from in my mobile workshop for George's RC car....

All I can say is that having lost all of the stuff provided, I got some from Audio Origami, which seems to work well.

Can anyone venture a guess as to what the viscosity is of the original Jelco oil? I found my original tube empty (bought the arm used) so I added some of the 10W40 in the meantime.

Thanks Andre.

I've got another 750 coming for my SP-10mk2 project which should include a new vial of oil, but I'd really like to know what kind of oil it is.
