People keep saying it's San Andreas's fault, but I don't see why he should have to take all the blame.

Yo daftee, have you got an aversion to accessing the AV Studio part of the forum, within which there is a section for discussing the films you've watched?

Here, open yer peepers and familiarise yourself with it: http://theartofsound.net/forum/showthread.php?9059-Now-Screening-What-Are-You-Watching-Right-Now&p=895042#post895042

It's one of those new fangled 21st century things Al. Bit like streaming I think (yes, I've heard of this :)), which I thought was something to do with having a nasty cold. :D

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as is what makes a good film. Its an ok film, unfortunately the effects are everything, story, plot and quality acting sacrificed. And, real people can't do what these people can, in real life they would all be dead.

It's an action adventure film about an earthquake and it stars Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson. Therefore, I think it's safe to say that no one would go and see it looking for in-depth characterisation, meaningful plot subtleties and answers to life's deeper questions!

I watched it on a flight to the USA and I quite enjoyed it in a "leave your brain in neutral, sit back and enjoy" kind of way.

The only disaster movie I've seen that had some intelligence about it, was 'Deep Impact' and even that had some fanciful stuff in it. Good film though.

Cool, so I don't expect to see any posts from you about films landing in Abstract Chat from now on! ;)

Its currently on amazon prime for free so I will watch it fairly soon. They have added a few decent films of late. they did a survey and i complained of poor quality of content. Maybe others did likewise
