When I had my P3ESR's Croft was by far the best pairing.

Got a brand new Nord SE One MP NC250 stereo power amp in black with the optional speaker cable upgrade. SE case.

I have never used it - brand new. About 220w at 6 ohm with a dampening factor of well over 1000.

PM if interested. Will sell below what they on the Nord website of course

Well, that would be sensible. Unfortunately i listed both amps up for sale as one had to go and I couldn't decide which...and both sold on the same day after being listed for some time and I had to either let one buyer down or see both sales through...and leave myself with no amp! Which is where I am now...annoyingly. :D

Integrated is preferable but I'd consider a pre/ power if it was Within budget

Some time ago I read on the Harbeth forum that LFD, Sugden and Naim are all good matches.

I could loan you my TQ Claymore integrated that I've just bumped back up the sale pages until you bought something.

It's just sitting in a cupboard doing nothing [emoji6]

Do you not have a half decent back-up amp to use for now Matt? I always keep one handy.

One? :eyebrows:

One is the back-up (my JVC AX-A441). The six or so others are just sort of 'there' :D.

Hi Steve ... strangely enough, if I had the same question, I'd probably have asked ... you!
Have you ever tried a Marantz PM-4, or maybe something like a Yamaha CA1000 ... class A transistor jobs? Years back, I really liked a second generation Sugden A21a with the original P3s, which was a much better match than the specs would indicate.

Steve, I have an XTZ A100 if you want to have a borrow of it and see how it goes? Switchable between class A and AB and comes with a remote control.

Thanks for the kind offer Martin and thanks for the offers by pm etc from a great bunch of AOSers :) I think I'm sorted now.

Yeah, I reckon that Harbeths and Croft are like apples and cinnamon.
