Rarely seen, my Exposure-based second system in the top office/study room:

It's not unused (I've just been listening to it in fact) but i've never taken a picture of it before.

Here's the downstairs system:

Nice secondary setup, Joe. I like Exposures, too. I find they have a kind of "distinguished" and relaxed sound. :)

Thanks, Dmitri. I find Exposure does the 'toe-tapping' thing without being tiring like Naim can sometimes be.

They need/deserve better speakers than the Mordaunt-Short MS10s I'm currently using with that system, but I mainly listen to it via my Stax headphones.

Perhaps some small Dalis or Dynaudios ? ;)

Hi Andre

Yes; Vibe pre-amp and Groove phono stage. I've been mulling over getting the Linear A power amp, but they're not cheap!

Hi Joe,

Nice system! :)

Don't mention Tom Evans, though, to AnthonyTD.....

It's a long story (they both used to work together but fell out big time). However, you'll probably find that Anthony built your amps, even though it says 'Tom Evans' on the front ;)

If you want, I'll ask Anthony to comment and provide more details, not of their falling out, as that's private, but on who actually built your amps.

Marco.

Thanks Marco

I was aware of the Tom Evans/Anthony TD fall-out, but I thought Anthony was involved on the power amp ('The Soul') rather than the pre-amp side of things? I'd be interested to know, but perhaps it's best to let sleeping dogs lie! The upstairs system includes the Tom Evans-designed Michell Iso phono stage.
