Best Terminal Replacements for AE 109's

Hi Guys

Just got these - with a Rotel Amplifier & CD Player the speakers are super clean but they have damage to the rear terminals what would be the best replacements? Is it an easy job to do myself....? what would be the best solution and ones to buy?

Gold plated copper... better than brass & these are great value.

Done them guys - Not the easiest i have ever done - set them up sounding rather good indeed - keepers for sure & for free cant go wrong...
