Recently got a Nottingham analogue Interspace TT, it had a RB300 on it. I wanna try my Jelco 750 on it, guess I need a new armboard made, or I could just drill holes for the Jelco in the current one. Anything obviously wrong with that? Or I was just thinking of getting a piece of wood and using that in place of the armboard, seems very simple, but I don't want to degrade the sound, so any quick pointers here? Pictured is the Interspace TT with original armboard and Jelco collar which tonearm slips into.

There's a mounting diagram over on Vinyl Engine.
Copy this link (https://www.vinylengine.com/library/jelco/sa-750d.shtml) (it won't work direct from the forum) and paste it in the address bar on a new tab - there's a PDF if you scroll down the page

Presume you are aware that these arms are not interchangeable re mounting distance? The RB300 spindle to pivot distance is 222mm, the Jelco needs to be 214mm.
