(b) or does this mean prejudice to the white minority here in the Borough of Newham? (c) or is there more white folk with unfit life style that cause disability ? (d) or are those on the scam ? any answers? My answers having lived here now for nearly 3 yrs is and seeing the life style of others is (c)

Hi Colin, here's some help for the next step in your battle. You have 28 days from the date on the decision letter to get your MR (Mandatory Reconsideration, the first stage of an appeal process) request in, or two weeks after they post out the medical report, whichever is later.
There's two ways to go. Either do the simplest letter for the Mandatory Reconsideration, hoping to get to the independent Tribunal appeal stage quickly, or do a thorough job of trashing their decision in the MR and providing more evidence that their decision was wrong, hoping for a positive MR.
It's always best, if there's time, to do your MR by letter. Keep a copy, NI number and name on every page. If you're pushing the deadline though, call them, keep a note of the time and date of the call, who you spoke to and what was agreed then follow up by letter.
Bear in mind that only 11% of MRs succeed, whereas at Tribunal the success rate is 70%.

Only 11% of MRs are successful though now… whereas over 70% of Appeals find for us. A full job now will be included in the paperwork for Tribunal by the DWP, a simple letter followed by a negative MR means you'll have to do the full job for Tribunal.

(then this) I do not have any further evidence to add at this stage. I will present any new evidence to the Tribunal service if I need to appeal your mandatory reconsideration decision.
(or this) I wish to add the following evidence: (then list what you're sending them) and consider I should have scored (List descriptors and points you think you should have)

*Patient Summary print out from the GP surgery - usually free
*Specialist letters - from their secretary or in your GP notes file. Ask specialists to copy you in to their reports to your GP
*Prescription list - will also be in your patient summary
*Occupational Therapist report or letter
*Social Care report or letter
*Photos of you in trouble and adaptations you've had to make to cope,
*Letters from people who know how your conditions affect you - family, friends, carers <<< very valuable <<<
*A diary of a week, or just a day in your life, showing how your illness stops you living normally <<<also great <<<
