The speakers are WLM Diva Monitors in Zebrano finish. These are large virtually full range (32hz-25khz) and very high efficiency (97db) stand mount speakers. Near mint condiiton. RRP £3500

Fantastic and gorgeous speaker with 10" co-axial driver with embedded super tweeter. Really fast and immediate sound with tremendous imaging and sound staging. They have a tweeter control on the back for fine tuning. Front ported so not especially fussy about positioning.

Until Brexit I was going to move to Spain, being sick of 7 months of the year being awful.

I wanted to be able to cycle in Feb, with temps of Britain in May, have a cheaper house and heating bills and eat lovely Spanish vegetables, have an index linked pension and health exchange, but oh no, that is all ruined now.

It was a misinformed vote, the toffs deliberately pushing the buttons of the working classes who lack the gumption to pursue a life with study or skill acquisition IMO, and now May will push very hard and upset the EU.

But I am hoping it is s strategy, and that she will get us such a bad deal that there will be public outcry.
She can then say, (dominating parent) "Well this is what you wanted isn't it?"

She could be being strategic. Just maybe, with enough outcry, (and boy are we going to see our living standards drop now), she will then ask if we want another vote.

Mike I have a question about the divas - you say they run from 32hz but I read it's 55hz - which is the correct figure?

The WLM spec sheet quotes it as 32 Hz – 25 kHz. I presume that's correct. Demo available to anyone interested who can travel to Stafford.

Collection only always stifles sales unfortunately. But I can understand the trepidation of posting speakers, but well padded double boxed is fine. I've sent Usher X718's no problem before, and each box weighed 15kg +

These were originally mine (bought from springair.de) before Ericlimpit bought them from me (I went to Avantgarde Zero's at the time) and they came with the Diva Control Unit - but I couldn't really get that to make much difference at all and so I sold it for £300.

I've also had two pairs of the Diva floorstander (one before and one after owning these)and what these WLM's do well is hard to find in more conventional speakers. They aren't for bass heads or heavy rock fans, but they produce the most amazing holographic vocals I've heard on well recorded country, folk, americana etc.

Depsite their sensitivity I actually preferred them with more powerful amps - gives the bass a bit more grip and slam.
