My gear is a simple setup:
As the heart of the system i use a Raspberry Pi with the amazing Allo Boss. It is powered by a homemade LPS (Linear Power Supply) and receives the data over a cabled network.
It fires its content through selfbuild RCA cables to my NAD D3020.
This little gem is connected through self braided cables, made from CAT 5 cable to my speakers.
The speakers itself are MBQuart 800, an old German loudspeaker, which perform really well!

Interesting. I like the simple style of your system. I will be looking into that. I only hear good things about the D3020. My uncle had the first 3020 but I have done my nostalgia trip and keep things in the present now.

The braided cat 5 sounds very interesting and so do your speakers. I have RCA cables from every manufacturer and get a bit obsessed with them. I probably wont be going for the solid silver cryogenically treated ones for only £50 :)

I might be going balanced XLRs next
