Domestic log splitters?

I am looking at buying a domestic log splitter, and was like ok I g at the Forest Master FM10T-7.
Does anybody have a xperience of log splitters and can offer advice on what to look for?

I will mainly be splitting seasoned oak.

my brother tried one and decided it was quicker just doing it the old fashioned way.

It may be quicker but it is less tiring and there is less risk of injury with a log splitter.
My wife could use the splitter, but I doubt she could swing an axe with enough force to split oak.

I have just bought a 7T vertical splitter made by Hyundai.
It should be here soon, ready to prepare for the winter.
