I'm selling a Croft Series 7 power amp .

It's in very good condition apart from a couple of minor scuffs on the top of the case .

I have all the original packaging .

I'm looking for £350 , which is what I paid for it , plus delivery .

What are you replacing your Croft stuff with, Brian? Hope it's something rather more expensive... It'll need to be to sonically outperform it! ;)

Unfortunately it's back to the big Sony TA FB940R for me mate . The funds are needed elsewhere at the moment :(

I will revisit the Croft pre/power combination again though :)

Ah I see... I was wondering ;)

When you do revisit it, I'd urge you to look at some of the vintage designs, using the larger octal 6SL7 valves, such as the Epoch and Charisma, which sound fab 'as is' but can be modded (in small affordable stages, if necessary) to turn them into something truly special.

Thanks for the advice mate . TBH I was of the opinion that the Crofts would be my last amps because I really liked them . I will definitely go back to them when funds become available again . I will try and look out for your recommendations when the time is right :)
