Just sent a payment to someone and they say it shows as 'pending'

Their email isnt linked to a paypal account or their paypal account isnt linked to an account they can withdraw money too.

Also if you've bought through ebay, paypal will show it as pending for 21 days until the buyer has left positive feedback on ebay. If no feed back is left it clears after the 21 days.

Can beca few reasons but most likely the seller has to claim the payment or reject it. Ive had this before and think its because his account is not set right. If its not claimed within a day, send him a message explaining he will have to claim it

He just logs onto his paypal account, go to the payment and a claim payment option will be showing

I had one this week, I'd written the address wrong, instead of copy and paste.

Check the spelling :D

The poor guy I'm buying from is frustrated with the 21 days pending thing and I dont blame him.
So, he's thinking of returning my PayPal payment but if he lists the item separately he's gonna take a big sellers final sale fee.
It's a credit card payment i'm making so not sure how else I can pay him without getting a big hit myself as you likely do with a credit card bank transfer payment :scratch:
Any ideas ? dont want to lose the transaction.

Credit card will take usually a week to go through in my experience. Never used one but had to wait on the funds clearing. If he trusts you then he can send it but would be advised by paypal to wait.
