Yes, before you comment, I did actually buy this...:o

Sound quality...??? I think the word quality and this CD do not belong in the same sentence.

The sound is grossly overcrowded and extremely muddled with no real definition at all. There is not an ounce of any form of quality to this recording and whoever produced this album should be truly ashamed by this work. My guess is that every part of this recording was made on a PC using something as awful as Protools.

Musically... pure mass produced pop but then that's what I expected. A great party album.

I've followed Little Boot's career for a while now and have found that her performances vary greatly in quality. I admire her use of sampling, however I have seen as many indifferent performances from her as really good ones, so I haven't actually listened to any of her recorded output. From what you say, it looks as if I would be dissapointed.

Barry, I think that anyone who is into serious quality sound would be disappointed by this. It is not good from a sound point of view. From an electronic pop point of view, it is very good indeed. From a production point of view I think a lot of people could do as well with Fruity Loops...!!!

I'd be willing to bet 90% of albums go through Protools - if the sound is crap it is unlikely to be the use of Protools intrinsically - bad use of Protools maybe, but that is the same with any tool.
