This is one of the later original 1200 series models produced by Technics. It benefits from a number of changes to the more common MK2 model including led lights, push button pitch switch out and improved arm wiring amongst others.
As can be seen from the photographs it is in near mint condition and looks to have had very little use.
It comes with its original box, packaging and documentation.
The Dynovector cartridge in the photographs is not included in the sale but I will fit an alternative MM item. It also comes with its original felt mat and a leather mat, which I prefer.
I bought this with the intention of keeping it as my main deck but I got caught by the upgrading bug. Not wanting to harm such a nice example I got to work on a tatty old Mk2 instead. That is now finished and is the one I have decided to keep as it is personalised to my liking.
A boxed version of a Mk5 in this condition sells for over £700 on fleabay but I bought it off a member of this forum and am first offering it for sale here at the price I paid for it.
I would like £550 for it and would prefer it to be collected (Hampshire) or I am happy to travel a reasonable distance to meet up.
