Loose Valve Base

I'm tidying up my old Quad IIs and 22 before sale and have discovered one of the KT66s has a loose base. Given that the power valve sockets are recessed this makes removal rather risky.

If I can get it out, does anyone have any recommendations on how to refix the base please?

I think I would try some epoxy on it
