Nimbus Supercuts - where would you sell them ?

I have a few of these to sell, and am not registered on ebay as a seller.
So, where might be a good place to sell them ?
I have just seen a Pink Floyd Wish you were here sell on ebay for £500, and have that along with the Beatles Sgt Pepper, Joan Armatrading and Ricki Lee Jones 1st albums and an Earl Klugh, Dave Grusin and a Supertramp album.
Also a few MFSL pressings like Dark Side of the moon, Abbey Road, Sticky Fingers and Issacs Hayes's Hot Buttered Soul - all in good to very good, almost mint condition (not having ever sold a record before I am wary of making claims that might backfire on me..!
So, what would you do - post them up here would be an obvious place, open to offers, and as I am back in the UK soon, I could try to register on ebay and try my luck, or any other places I ought to try ?

IMO, the best place is E-Bay because of the huge audience. If you know the expected price of the LP's you could try on here and might strike lucky but the Auction procedure often will result in higher prices.

You may find that you don't achieve the prices you hope on eBay because (being a new member) you don't have a track record on there. This can work against you with high value items like these. It might be a better idea to hook up with a friend who has some experience of selling items on eBay, good feedback, and have them act as a frontman to the sale. If you trust them not to run off with the winnings :eyebrows:

I have a couple - the Joan Armatrading and Hissing of Summer Lawns definitely and they are great. I compared the JA with the CD and guess what, they sound almost identical to each other :lol:

I've also got Boult's Vaughan Williams 6th plus lark Ascending. Absolutely sublime, as surface roar is below that of the recording venue ambiance. I never bought the EMI Vaughan Williams box set, but the performances are wonderful IMO..


Do you HAVE to sell them? They're probably about the best you're ever going to hear these recordings on LP....

P.S. I wonder if Dennis Blackham (Skyemastering - Bilbo Boppa) cut them. I think he was working there about this time.
