In serach of a 5 pin DIN headphone adapter

A new toy arrived today at Jerry Towers.
A rather nice piece of vintage German gear that has these headphone output sockets that I would like to use.

I've been searching eBay and Googling to find a suitable adaptor for a modern headphone jack plug but no luck so far.
Anyone got any ideas?

I came across the 2nd one for which it says "PRODUCT WITHDRAWN FROM SALE"
But didn't see that American link - $10 + shipping. Be nice to find something cheaper/closer!

PS - I see that I am in serach of an adapter. :lol:

... ah, but that last link was handy. That strange DIN configuration is called domino or dice there.
